Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef spare ribs
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Season the spare ribs with salt and pepper.
  • In the Instant Pot, combine beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  • Add the spare ribs to the Instant Pot, ensuring they are coated with the sauce.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 45 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Carefully remove the spare ribs from the Instant Pot and garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can marinate the ribs in the sauce for a few hours before cooking.
