Ingredients:  

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup water

Instructions: 

  • Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes.
  • Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
  • Put the sweet potatoes on the trivet.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the sweet potatoes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
