Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add some oil.
  • Sauté the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, broth, and pasta to the pot.
  • Close the lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes, and do a quick release.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
