Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder trimmed and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional BBQ sauce

Instructions: 

  • Season the pork with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and chili powder.
  • Place the pork, onion, garlic, and chicken broth in the pressure cooker.
  • Cook on high pressure for 1 hour.
  • Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release.
  • Shred the pork using two forks.
  • Serve the pulled pork on buns with BBQ sauce if desired.

Notes:

For a smokier flavor, you can add a few drops of liquid smoke to the pressure cooker.
