  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 1 1/4 cups water or vegetable broth
  • to taste Salt

Instructions: 

  • Rinse the quinoa under cold water in a fine-mesh strainer.
  • Add the rinsed quinoa, water or broth, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
  • Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
  • Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
