This Instant Pot Brownies recipe is simple and delicious. Perfect for a quick dessert, these brownies are rich, fudgy, and easy to make in your Instant Pot.
In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a greased pan that fits in the Instant Pot.
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot, place the trivet inside, and lower the pan onto the trivet.
Close the lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the pan from the Instant Pot and let the brownies cool before slicing and serving.
Notes:
For best results, make sure to use a pan that fits comfortably inside your Instant Pot. You can also add nuts or other mix-ins to the batter if desired.
