Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat the pressure cooker and sear the brisket on all sides until browned.
Add the onion, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the pressure cooker.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 1 hour.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes before quick releasing.
Remove the brisket from the pressure cooker and let it rest before slicing.
Serve the brisket with the cooking liquid as a sauce.
Notes:
For best results, let the brisket rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing to retain its juices.
