Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lb beef brisket
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat the pressure cooker and sear the brisket on all sides until browned.
  • Add the onion, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the pressure cooker.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 1 hour.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes before quick releasing.
  • Remove the brisket from the pressure cooker and let it rest before slicing.
  • Serve the brisket with the cooking liquid as a sauce.

Notes:

For best results, let the brisket rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing to retain its juices.
