Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Pour over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
