Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 orange zest zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • In a bowl, mix the biscuit pieces, dried cranberries, orange zest, and thyme leaves.
  • In a separate bowl, combine sugar and melted butter.
  • Dip each biscuit piece into the butter mixture and layer them in a greased bundt pan.
  • Pour any remaining butter mixture over the top.
  • Cover the bundt pan with foil.
  • Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place a trivet inside.
  • Carefully lower the bundt pan onto the trivet.
  • Close the lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the bundt pan.
  • Invert the monkey bread onto a plate and serve warm.
