dried cranberries

Instructions:
Cut each biscuit into quarters.
In a bowl, mix the biscuit pieces, dried cranberries, orange zest, and thyme leaves.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar and melted butter.
Dip each biscuit piece into the butter mixture and layer them in a greased bundt pan.
Pour any remaining butter mixture over the top.
Cover the bundt pan with foil.
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place a trivet inside.
Carefully lower the bundt pan onto the trivet.
Close the lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the bundt pan.
Invert the monkey bread onto a plate and serve warm.
