Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Select 'Sauté' on the Ninja Foodi and add olive oil. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Add cooked linguine and shrimp back into the pot. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick and delicious weeknight meal. Feel free to adjust the red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
