Instructions:
Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Select 'Sauté' on the Ninja Foodi and add olive oil. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Add cooked linguine and shrimp back into the pot. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes:
This recipe is perfect for a quick and delicious weeknight meal. Feel free to adjust the red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
