Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Spoon the batter into greased air fryer basket, filling each about halfway.
Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the banana bread bites cool before serving.
