Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  • Spoon the batter into greased air fryer basket, filling each about halfway.
  • Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the banana bread bites cool before serving.

Notes:

These banana bread bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
