Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 0.5 cup diced ham
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the sauté setting.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the broccoli and ham to the Ninja Foodi and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and ham.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Close the Ninja Foodi lid and set to pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully open the lid.
  • Serve the frittata hot and enjoy!
