Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Turn on the Ninja Foodi and select the sauté function.
  • Melt the butter in the pot and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
  • Pour in the white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Close the lid and set the Ninja Foodi to pressure cook on high for 1 minute.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
  • Serve the shrimp scampi hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes:

Serve with pasta or crusty bread for a complete meal.
