Instructions:
Turn on the Ninja Foodi and select the sauté function.
Melt the butter in the pot and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
Pour in the white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Close the lid and set the Ninja Foodi to pressure cook on high for 1 minute.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
Serve the shrimp scampi hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes:
Serve with pasta or crusty bread for a complete meal.
