Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14 oz diced tomatoes 1 can
  • 14 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 can
  • 14 oz black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can
  • 4 oz diced green chilies 1 can
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Set the Ninja Foodi to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  • Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, green chilies, beef broth, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and chipotle peppers.
  • Close the Ninja Foodi lid and set to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, and green onions.
