Set the Ninja Foodi to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, green chilies, beef broth, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and chipotle peppers.
Close the Ninja Foodi lid and set to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, and green onions.
