Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crisscross pattern and season with salt and pepper.
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Simmer over low heat until slightly thickened.
Place the duck breasts in a baking dish and brush with the orange glaze.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, basting with the glaze every 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the duck rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve the duck breasts with the remaining glaze drizzled on top and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes:
For a more intense flavor, you can marinate the duck breasts in the orange glaze for a few hours before cooking.
