Ingredients:

  • 4 bell peppers tops cut off, seeds and membranes removed
  • 0.5 head cabbage shredded
  • 1 pound ground meat beef, turkey, or chicken
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
  • Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted.
  • Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and cabbage mixture.
  • Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
