Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions: 

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  • Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, add olive oil, and brown pork chops on both sides.
  • Pour balsamic-pineapple mixture over pork chops.
  • Close the lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release pressure, remove pork chops, and set aside.
  • Mix cornstarch and water, add to the sauce in the Instant Pot to thicken.
  • Serve pork chops with sauce, garnish with parsley.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy dinner. Adjust seasoning to taste.
