balsamic vinegar

cornstarch

tablespoons
water
for garnish

Instructions:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, add olive oil, and brown pork chops on both sides.
Pour balsamic-pineapple mixture over pork chops.
Close the lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release pressure, remove pork chops, and set aside.
Mix cornstarch and water, add to the sauce in the Instant Pot to thicken.
Serve pork chops with sauce, garnish with parsley.
