Instructions:
Cut the round steak into serving-size pieces.
In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge the steak pieces in the flour mixture.
Heat the vegetable oil in the pressure cooker on sauté mode. Brown the steak pieces on both sides.
Add the onion and bell pepper slices to the pressure cooker.
Pour in the diced tomatoes and beef broth.
Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before doing a quick release.
Serve the Swiss steak with the vegetables and sauce over mashed potatoes or rice.
