Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as grated zucchini, carrots, and onions)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, cumin seeds, turmeric, chili powder, and salt to form a thick batter.
  • Add the mixed vegetables to the batter and mix well.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 375°F (190°C).
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the vegetable batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter.
  • Lightly spray the fritters with cooking spray.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
