Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, cumin seeds, turmeric, chili powder, and salt to form a thick batter.
Add the mixed vegetables to the batter and mix well.
Preheat the air fryer at 375°F (190°C).
Scoop spoonfuls of the vegetable batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter.
Lightly spray the fritters with cooking spray.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
