Instructions:
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In the Ninja Foodi, melt the butter using the sauté function.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.
Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth and thickened.
Add 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until cheese is melted.
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the Ninja Foodi at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes:
For a crispier top, you can broil the macaroni and cheese for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
