Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika

Instructions: 

  • Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In the Ninja Foodi, melt the butter using the sauté function.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.
  • Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth and thickened.
  • Add 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until cheese is melted.
  • Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
  • Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the Ninja Foodi at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

For a crispier top, you can broil the macaroni and cheese for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
