Instructions:
Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the sauté setting. Brown the ground beef with the onion and red bell pepper.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green chilies, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, mix the cornmeal, cheddar cheese, milk, and egg until well combined.
Spread the cornmeal mixture over the beef mixture in the Ninja Foodi.
Close the crisping lid and set the Ninja Foodi to bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, or until the cornbread is cooked through and golden brown.
