Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, pecans, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spread the batter in an even layer in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar with hot water until dissolved.
Carefully pour the sugar-water mixture over the batter in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 35 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully remove the cake from the Instant Pot.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes:
For best results, make sure to evenly spread the batter in the Instant Pot and carefully pour the sugar-water mixture to avoid disturbing the batter.
