Ingredients:  

Crab Cakes

  • 1 pound canned crab meat
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Sriracha Tartar Sauce

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • For the Sriracha tartar sauce, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Serve the crab cakes with the Sriracha tartar sauce on the side.

Notes:

For best results, use fresh crab meat if available.
