peeled, cored, and sliced

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add the egg, vanilla extract, sour cream, and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms.
Press the dough into the bottom of a greased pressure cooker.
Arrange the sliced apples on top of the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Close the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Release the pressure and carefully remove the kuchen from the pressure cooker.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
