Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the sliced apples, cranberries, erythritol, and cinnamon. Spread this mixture in the Ninja Foodi.
  • In another bowl, combine almond flour, pecans, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Sprinkle this mixture over the apple-cranberry mixture.
  • Close the crisping lid and cook for 25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
