Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups water

Instructions: 

  • Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned.
  • Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Break the lasagna noodles in half and layer them on top of the meat sauce.
  • Pour water over the noodles.
  • Close the pressure cooker lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and open the lid.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Close the lid for a few minutes to let the cheese melt.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your pressure cooker lasagna!
