  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: 

  • Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes:

This dish is best served immediately while hot. You can also add some vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for added flavor and nutrition.
