Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions: 

  • Set your pressure cooker to sauté mode and cook the chicken until browned.
  • Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the fajita seasoning and salsa.
  • Press the crescent roll dough into the bottom of a greased pie dish.
  • Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  • Cover the pie dish with foil and place it on the trivet in the pressure cooker.
  • Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the pie dish.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy dinner. You can also substitute the chicken with beef or tofu for a different twist.
