Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and basil to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
  • Serve hot over pasta or with crusty bread.
