Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Flatten each cookie slightly and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes:
These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
