  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, milk, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
