Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Select the 'Sear/Sauté' function on the Ninja Foodi and heat olive oil.
  • Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Pour chicken broth into the pot.
  • Close the pressure cooking lid, set the valve to 'Seal,' and select the 'Pressure Cook' function for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Serve the chicken hot with your favorite side dishes.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken breasts in the seasoning mix for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
