Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 (4 oz) cans diced green chilies
  • 2 (15 oz) cans white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro

Instructions: 

  • Set the Ninja Foodi to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
  • Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  • Add the diced chicken, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, green chilies, and white beans. Stir to combine.
  • Close the Ninja Foodi lid and set to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, quick release the pressure and stir in the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot with optional toppings.
