Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder trimmed and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and garlic powder.
  • Place the seasoned pork in the Instant Pot.
  • In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour over the pork.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Shred the pork using two forks.
  • Serve the pulled pork on buns or over rice.

Notes:
