Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
Grease the cake pan with cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the cake pan.
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
Carefully place the cake pan on the trivet.
Close the lid, set the vent to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the cake pan from the Instant Pot and let it cool.
Cut the cake into bite-sized pieces and serve.
Notes:
These cake bites are perfect for a quick dessert or snack. You can also add some chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture and flavor.
