Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • as needed cooking spray for greasing the pan

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  • Grease the cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the cake pan.
  • Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
  • Carefully place the cake pan on the trivet.
  • Close the lid, set the vent to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Carefully remove the cake pan from the Instant Pot and let it cool.
  • Cut the cake into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes:

These cake bites are perfect for a quick dessert or snack. You can also add some chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture and flavor.
