Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Rub the garlic and rosemary mixture all over the turkey breast.
Place the turkey breast in a baking dish and pour the chicken broth around it.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes:
For a more intense flavor, marinate the turkey breast in the garlic and rosemary mixture for a few hours before cooking.
