Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the garlic and rosemary mixture all over the turkey breast.
  • Place the turkey breast in a baking dish and pour the chicken broth around it.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

For a more intense flavor, marinate the turkey breast in the garlic and rosemary mixture for a few hours before cooking.
