Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef brisket cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14 oz
  • 1 can kidney beans 14 oz, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can tomato paste 6 oz
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions: 

  • Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and brown the beef brisket.
  • Add in the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine.
  • Close the pressure cooker lid and set to high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Once done, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a spicier chili, add a diced jalapeño or more chili powder. You can also top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions for extra flavor.
