Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns

Instructions: 

  • In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, garlic, sugar, salt, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil.
  • Add sliced jalapenos to the boiling mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Transfer the pickled jalapenos to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:
