  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow dish, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken tender in beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  • Place the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Lightly spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
