Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the sear/sauté setting and add olive oil.
  • Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then remove and let rest.
  • In the same pot, add the shrimp, garlic, and butter. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Serve the surf and turf together, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes:

For a more well-done steak, increase the searing time by 1-2 minutes per side. You can also add a side of steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes to complete the meal.
