Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot over steamed rice.
