Toppings

pizza sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough to fit the bottom and sides of the Instant Pot.
Spread pizza sauce on the dough, then add cheese and your desired toppings.
Cover the Instant Pot with foil and place the pizza inside.
Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes, then do a quick release.
Carefully remove the pizza from the Instant Pot and let it cool before slicing.
