Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes:

For best results, use fresh lump crab meat. You can also add a pinch of Old Bay seasoning for extra flavor.
