coconut oil
Instructions:
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the Instant Pot.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Turn off the Instant Pot and stir in the peanuts until they are fully coated.
Spoon clusters of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Allow the clusters to cool and set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
