Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 orange juiced
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions: 

  • Season pork with cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, add oil, and brown pork on all sides.
  • Add onion, garlic, chicken broth, orange juice, and lime juice.
  • Close lid, set to high pressure for 45 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Shred pork and broil in the oven for crispy edges.
  • Serve in tacos with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or a bay leaf while cooking.
