Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds London broil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season the London broil with salt and pepper.
  • Select the sauté function on the pressure cooker and heat the olive oil.
  • Sear the London broil on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the pressure cooker and sauté until softened.
  • Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then return the London broil to the pressure cooker.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Slice the London broil against the grain and serve with the onion gravy.
