Instructions:
Season the London broil with salt and pepper.
Select the sauté function on the pressure cooker and heat the olive oil.
Sear the London broil on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the pressure cooker and sauté until softened.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then return the London broil to the pressure cooker.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
Slice the London broil against the grain and serve with the onion gravy.
Notes:
