  • 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 1 lb Pearl onions, peeled
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions:
