- 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into cubes

- 1 cup Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 pcs Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions:
- 1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
